Returns & Faulty Goods Policy
Got the wrong item? Not what you expected? You can return or exchange items you've purchased from us with the following things in mind, depending on the reason of the return.
In all cases except faults
- Goods must be returned in condition they were supplied to you
- Goods must be unused and if supplied with packaging the packing must be returned
- Goods must be returned within 30 days of purchase
- You must provide the purchase receipt
If you've changed your mind, or you purchased the wrong product
If you've decided you don't need what you've purchased, we will refund you for the purchase provided the above conditions are met. You must bring the goods back to our store, or ship them back to us at your expense.
If you purchased the wrong product from us, we will replace it with the correct one provided the above conditions are met. We will either refund or charge the difference in price if the replacement item is less or more expensive respectively. You must bring the goods back to our store, or ship them back to us at your expense, and if you would like it shipped back to you, you must pay the costs for this.
If we've supplied the wrong product to you
If we've supplied the wrong product to you because of our mistake, we will replace it with the correct one at no cost to you. You can either bring the incorrect goods back, or post them to us and we will post the correct goods back to you.
If the product is faulty
If the goods are faulty and/or defective, we will meet our obligations under Australian law and replace or repair the item at no cost to you within the items Warranty period if applicable. You can either bring the faulty goods back, or post them to us and we will post the fixed goods back to you.
Please note that all goods must be used according to the manufacturer's specifications and failure to do so will void any warranty.
