SeeSnakes:

We can do most SeeSnake repairs while you wait, but in some complex cases it may require for it to be left with us overnight or longer depending on the requirements of the job. In the majority of cases, it will be ready by 8 a.m. the following business day.

All other machines:

Due to the increased complexity of threading and drain-cleaning equipment, they will be need to left with us for 1-2 business days usually, or longer depending on our workload. We will give an estimate when you drop the machine off on our timelines.

It's difficult to assess the full cost of a repair before we can inspect the machine. Often we can give an estimate if we have the machine in front of us. In any case, we will quote what's required before any work is done.

We aim to have competitive and fair rates for all our service work.

We take pride in our specialist expertise in the RIDGID and ASADA product lines and as such do not service other brands to ensure we maintain our high quality of service.
